Lab Review + Bloodwork

A full blood panel covering more than 80 biomarkers, and a practitioner who sits down with you and explains every number on it. $797 covers month one: the panel, the draw, and your one to one review session. HSA and FSA eligible.
Standard reference ranges are built from the people who happened to walk into a lab, and a good share of them were unwell. Landing inside that range means you are not in crisis. It does not mean you are well. Most of what people describe as fatigue, brain fog, stubborn weight, poor sleep, or a short fuse lives in the gap between the standard range and the functional one. That gap is what this review is for.
What you get
- Comprehensive bloodwork, 80+ biomarkers. One panel per review, drawn for female or male reference. Metabolic and blood sugar, full thyroid, hormones, inflammation, nutrient status, liver and kidney function, advanced lipids, and CBC.
- A 45 minute one to one online session with a practitioner trained in both conventional and functional interpretation. Every marker explained in language you can repeat to someone else.
- Intake assessments covering stress, sleep, nutrition, and daily patterns, so your results are read against your actual life rather than in isolation.
- Recommendations across five levers: diet, rest, exercise, stress, and supplementation. Specific, ordered, and scoped to what you can realistically start on.
- A clear next step. Most results point toward a specific body of work that takes months rather than weeks. You leave knowing which program fits, why your results point there, and what it costs. If nothing fits, you leave knowing that too.
How it works
About three to four weeks from purchase to your session.
- Book. Your lab order is processed in three to four business days, and your collection kit ships three to five days after that. About a week from purchase to kit in hand.
- Get your blood drawn near you. We help you find a draw facility in your area, wherever you live. Most of our clients are out of state, so this is routine. Fasting required.
- Results come back about a week after your draw. Your practitioner works through them before you meet.
- You sit down together for 45 minutes online, booked within one to two weeks of your results arriving, and leave with a written plan. Your full results are yours to keep.
Month one is the testing. The work comes after.
A panel tells you where the problems are. Changing them takes longer than one session, so it helps to see the whole arc before you start.
- Month one. Everything above. You finish holding a full picture of your bloodwork and a specific recommendation.
- Months two to five. A program with a practitioner alongside you, running three to four months. The Clean Exit is the usual starting point, since clearance is what a first panel most often points to. Programs are priced separately and quoted during your review session, so you decide with the number in front of you.
- At the end. We run the same panel again. You see what actually moved rather than guessing whether you feel different.
None of that is required. The review stands on its own and your results are yours to keep and take anywhere.
Whether this is the right starting point
It probably is if you have never had a full workup, or your last one was years ago, or you feel off and have been told everything looks fine, or you are about to spend money on supplements and want to know which ones.
It probably is not if you have acute symptoms that need urgent medical care, or you want a diagnosis or a prescription. If you already have recent comprehensive labs, start with the review only option instead.
A note on scope
We do not diagnose or treat disease. This review identifies stressors and imbalances across gut, hormone, immune, and detox function, and gives you tools and insight to support your own health. All recommendations are voluntary, and we encourage you to consult your physician.
