A short run-up for bodies that aren't ready yet.

Not everyone can start with a full protocol. When your labs show depletion deep enough that a detox or gut program would leave you feeling worse before better, we stabilize first. That is what The Refill is for.

Four to six weeks of targeted repletion. We rebuild nutrient status, mineral balance, and baseline resilience so the program that follows can actually work instead of fighting an empty tank.

Who this is for

The Refill is recommended, not chosen. If your Lab Review points here, your practitioner will tell you and explain why. Most clients move straight into their primary program without it.
